This past weekend, the weather was perfect to be at the beach and also good timing to celebrate Marilyn’s 60th birthday. Those of us who were down to Sea Girt this weekend enjoyed a nice time taking in the sun, fun and food. We relished a great dinner prepared with joint effort and grilled by Jim Dale and the guys. We had chicken, sausage and shrimp and Kate Mundell made delicious fettuccine with brown butter and sage. There were a variety of appetizers, including a new white bean and spinach dip that Margaret made and many enticing desserts. Doug made a grand stuffed cheesecake that was a highlight.
Great meal, great time.
